If, at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you always have only one item at each meal, it will be unsatisfying physically, mentally, medically, emotionally, and nutritionally. If you continually consume the high-itemed meals (two or more for breakfast, three or more for lunch, and four or more for dinner), the result will be extreme in the other direction. As you move from mindless and unconscious to mindful and conscious, you need to think about the distance food takes you.
